BUYING INFORMATION

When you REGISTER with us our team will be happy to recommend a Financial Advisor if required. Once your budget is established we will phone/text or email you to keep you informed of suitable properties coming onto the market.

STEP 2

Property Search our website and book a viewing. We will be pleased to answer any questions you might have regarding the property you are interested in, if we do not know the answer immediately, we will do all we can to find out for you asap!

STEP 3

Once you have found the right property we will be happy to recommend a Conveyancer/Solicitor to act on your behalf if required.

STEP 4

We will liaise with all parties including Solicitors and other Estate Agents in the chain to ensure the transaction is as smooth as possible right up to the day of completion.
